Product description:
"Maritimo" is designed like a real wood deck. This table can basically stay outdoors permanently. The table top with a surface made of solid wood Teak or Kebony with black rubber joints, is made to customer specifications. The dimensions should not exceed 1200x700mm. The long sides have a slight stitch arch.
In addition, you can get a table leg made of anodized aluminum, which can be adjusted in height. Also with gas spring.
The production:
The table top:
The table top is based on a 15 mm Okumé/Gabon plywood board on which 5 mm strong solid wooddeck strips are laid by hand. From the bottom, the table top gets an additional lamination in HPL-plastic. The edges are also in solid wood. The long edges receiving a slight stitch arch. The upper edges are flush mounted, down the edges are protruding 20mm over. Filled with TDS(Teak-Decking-System).On request with solid wood inlays of Teak, Kebony or in mahogany/ash/wenge.
The table top size is manufactured on customer request to a maximum of 1200mm in the length and 700mm in the width.
Possible table forms are: Square, rectangular or trapezoidal.
All joints are waterproofed.
The delivery is fine sanded, otherwise natural.
The table bases:
The base is anodized aluminum and can be adjusted in height. With this base, the table, measured from the top edge of the tabletop, can be infinitely adjusted between 570mm to 900mm.The table leg can be disassembled on the base, as well as on top of the table top, with one or two handles.
The table top base is simply placed on the table leg and the table top is 360° rotatable.
The wood pedestal for the leg is included.
